Refund of Travel Money, lost/stolen Kolumbus Card, statutory cancellation period and refunds related to products.
The travel guarantee applies for all travels with buses or vessels from Kolumbus. Remember to contact us as soon as possible, and at the latest one month after the incident.
Please keep you ticket and necessary ID by hand throughout the journey in the event of a ticket inspection.
You must be able to show a valid ID when buying non-transferable tickets as well as in the event of ticket inspections.
If you need to change your means of transport during your journey, please make sure you ticket is valid when boarding.
