More frequently BankID

Starting Monday 21 December, your bank will more frequently demand BankID when you make purchases online. This means that if you pay using your bank card in the ticket app or the web shop, you should bring your code chip or get BankID for mobile phones.

New and stricter safety rules for e-commerce result in BankID for more transactions than before. This includes purchases made with Vipps.

All purchases above NOK 300 will demand BankID, but also purchases for lower sums might prompt BankID. The frequency depends on your bank.

We recommend all customers to install BankID on your mobile phone. This way you will not end up forgetting your code chip when you are out travelling.
