Transfers

If you need to change your means of transport during your journey, please make sure you ticket is valid when boarding.

The single ticket is valid for 60 minutes within the zone(s) you have payed for. Additional 30 minutes are added for each extra zone you pay for. The ticket must be valid when you board the bus/ferry/train.

If you transfer from a train to a bus, a single train ticket entitles you to a discount on connecting bus routes. The same goes for transfers from bus to train. There are no discounts on transfers made between ferries and buses.

In order to be entitled to a travel guarantee refund, you must allow for a minimum five minute transfer period between the scheduled arrival time and the departure time for the next leg of your journey.
