If the company has not found it, and your bus drove to or drove past Stavanger city centre, your lost property might have arrived at the Kolumbus customer service in the city terminal. We therefore advise you to write to us through our contact form, and we will inform you if we have what you have lost.
Kolumbus customer service hands over lost property of a certain value or identification papers to to the police's lost and found office after abaout a week. Other objects are kept by customer service for about three months before it is donate to charity.
