MyPage is your personal page on kolumbus.no. As a MyPage user, you can register your Kolumbus Card, block your card if you lose it and you can order new cards. You can also buy tickets/top up your Kolumbus Card and contact us in MyPage.
Go to the login site and choose Register new user. Enter your personal information and press Submit. You will now receive an e-mail with an activation code. Follow the link in the e-mail to activate your profile. After you have activated your profile, you can start using the services offered in MyPage.
Yes. Choose Buy tickets at the My Profile page or in the menu under MYPAGE. When buying your tickets online, you avoid the extra fee which is added in the zone Nord-Jæren when paying your tickets on board.
If you lose your Kolumbus Card, or it gets stolen, you can block it in MyPage and have the remaining amount transferred to a new card.
Remember that you must register as a user before you can log in to MyPage. If you are already registered as a MyPage user, you should check that you have entered the correct username and password. Please be aware of any capital letters in your password. If you are still not able to log in, you can ask for a new password by choosing Forgot your password?.
