The customer service centre is closed.

7-Eleven at Byterminalen sells tickets, Kolumbus cards and tops up travel money.

Entur at Stavanger station (neigbouring building) sells tickets. Kolumbus cards and topping up travel money (only credit card).

Stavanger tourist information (Strandkaien 61), also sells tickets, Kolumbus card and topping up travel money.

Ticket machine outside Byterminalen accepts card payment.

If you do not get the help you need here on the website or by visiting one of our commissionaires or one of our ticket machines, you can apply for a meeting with a customer advisor from Kolumbus.

Stavanger: Fiskepirterminalen

Does not have a customer centre.

Waiting room: Monday-Wednesday: 06.30-20.30, Thursday-Friday: 06.30-23.00, Saturday: 07.00-23.00 and Sunday: 10.00-21.30.
